Record

Dourdan, Arpajon, Montlhéry… On a Griffon V2, Hercules-Curtiss, Brough-Superior with a JAP engine or Koelher-Escoffier… Since 1896, record after record has been broken by champions who all have one thing in common: the care they take to prepare for a race and the commitment needed to win. Les Motocyclettistes created the Record jacket in line with these high standards. The Record jacket has the inimitable 1930s charm with two rows of metal buttons on the front and slate gray outer seams.
The jacket is made from two to three pieces of horse leather (the back from a single piece). It is extremely comfortable thanks to its perfect cut. Side diagonal zipper and wide inner flap for improved protection; Cossack collar with snap fastener. Shoulder and elbow protection with no external pads, inside pocket, 1930s to 1950s style Waldes zippers, navy blue cotton twill lining woven in Japan, with inside diamond shaped topstitched padding.
