Tour du Monde Trench Coat

The first trench coat was specially designed in 1914 by Thomas Burberry for combat. The Motocyclettistes Tour du Monde trench coat was designed by Pierre Girard for riding. Manufactured in Paris, it is crafted from 335g/m2 Cambric cotton woven by British Millerain. Chosen by the British army in the 1920s, this ultra-dense weave provides unrivaled water-repellence. The wide collar in golden curry-colored New Zealand sheepskin brings unrivaled elegance and optimal protection from the elements.
Navy blue cotton twill lining woven in Japan, with inside diamond shaped topstitched padding. Two vertical hand pockets and one inside wallet pocket, trimmed in horse leather; one patch pocket on the chest, also in horse leather. Leather belt buckle and sleeve straps with eyelet. Underarm ventilation grommets.
Two available colors: Deep Black and Olive Green. Sizes: 36 – 48.
